National qualifications in occupational health and safety

The SafetyLine Institute is organised around the qualifications and units of the new national occupational health and safety (OHS) qualifications which are part of Innovation and Business Skills Australia's Business Services Training Package.  Further information is available on the national endorsement of Training Package qualifications

The SafetyLine Institute also includes a general training section, which is intended to assist those seeking material related to the general OHS units that are included in various national training package qualifications. 

Qualification
BSB30707 Certificate III in Occupational Health and Safety
 

The nationally endorsed qualification for those whose main job is not dedicated to OHS but who take it on as a voluntary duty, for example, health and safety committee members and health and safety representatives.

BSB51307 Diploma of Occupational Health and Safety
 

 The nationally endorsed qualification for those seeking to become OHS practitioners.

BSB41407 Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety
 

The nationally endorsed qualification for those seeking to become OHS coordinators.

DOCEP1 General training
 

The general training section is intended to assist those seeking OHS material to meet the requirements of the general OHS units that are included in various national training package qualifications.
