Whether it is a custom in-house course, a short toolbox talk, or scheduled public course, Easy HR prides itself on the level of training that we prepare and deliver for our clients. We understand that trying to get employees to an external location to participate in courses is often difficult due to busy schedules. We facilitate this by conducting courses onsite, at your premises, or through distance education, with optional face to face workshops. Easy HR specialises in the delivery of Occupational Health and safety training.
Background
Easy HR understands the challenges of managing a workforce and are able to assist through staff coaching and HR system design. Our goal is simple: we want to provide customised services that offer exactly what you need, when and where you need it. We work with Human Resource professionals, senior management teams and CEOs as they make critical organisational choices and manage their most valuable resource: their workforce. Easy HR Pty Ltd is a completely Australian owned and operated company, trading since 2002.
Training Philosophy
We believe that the fundamental success of a course is making it as interesting as possible for all participants. We accomplish this by way of studies, role plays, video, games and exercises, presentation and facilitated discussion. All Easy HR trainers have appropriate qualifications, and use a variety of training aids to ensure courses are memorable and effective.
Because Easy HR trainers are experts in their fields, they are able to assist individual course participants with difficulties they have after they have returned to put their new skill into practice. We do not simply walk away.
OHS Delivery and assessment
Easy HR has the Certificate IV and Diploma of Occupational Health and Safety on our scope and offer a mixture of face to face or flexible delivery and assessment of the qualifications.
In addition we also offer Workcover NSW accredited Safety committee, and Construction Induction courses. We also offer Manual Handling, Risk Management, and Accident Investigation training. Some of out short courses incorporate nationally accredited modules. This ensures participants are able to receive a nationally accredited statement of training.
We can develop a safety training program to address your company's training needs, from a simple briefing to full competency based training. We can help you develop a customised program that can be held at your workplace, or a venue of your choice.
