Australian Institute of Public Safety

The Australian Institute of Public Safety is a specialist provider of workplace safety training courses and consultancy services.  The Institute has designed and developed a range of courses that specifically address the issue of occupational health and safety in a broad range of workplaces.

Our focus is on practicality and developing competence of course participants to ensure the highest standards of safety are strategically addressed and managed in the workplace.

We train across most sectors of the Australian workforce with clients representing a large number of public and private entities.  This includes business services, manufacturing, security, hospitality and statutory agencies at federal, state and local government levels.

Graduates of the Diploma of Occupational Health and Safety should be able to demonstrate a high level understanding of workplace safety strategies with a strong focus on incident prevention.  Further students should have a capacity to apply these in a wide variety of contexts and situations.
