ATAC is a registered training organisation located in Tamworth NSW specialising in the development of long term relationships with organisations that want to recognise the skills and experience of their existing workers and continually improve their service delivery in key management areas including Occupational Health and Safety, Human Resources and Frontline Management.  

Occupational Health and Safety
We have BSB41407 Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety on our scope and deliver workplace based training face to face utilising a combination of structured learning and real workplace activities to allow organisations to receive actual benefits in the workplace as a result of the training.

Workforce Development
We utilise units out of Certificate IV Occupational Health and Safety, Human Resources and Frontline Management to develop the leadership, team and supervision skills of key persons in an organisation to focus efforts on priority goals and enhance productivity of the workforce.

We provide a range of training services tailored to the needs of each organisation through delivery of qualifications and short courses out of the following training packages:

Skills Recognition
Skills Recognition is an integral part of our delivery process. Our belief is that long term existing workers possess a range of skills gained through on-the-job workplace training and experience. We utilise a recognition process to work with the organisation to identify and recognise this training and experience and at the same time identify and rectify skills gaps to improve service delivery and productivity.
